• Hotels were all great
• Halong Bay trip was well organised and very relaxing
• All of the transfers to the airports were excellent, as were the flights

Apologies, I had meant to get in touch with you earlier today to thank you again, we had a wonderful weekend.

The driver was very professional and extremely nice and friendly, we cannot recommend him enough! I hope we can travel with him again some time, he was great!

Tam Coc Bungalows was very comfortable and so lovely, a really beautiful location. Again, all the staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful, with a really nice family atmosphere. Chi Ha in particular was fantastic, very warm and extremely helpful. I will definitely try and stay there again. And I know my brother and sister in law want to leave a very good review on trip advisor, they loved it.

Everything was fantastic, as it always is from Asia Hero Travel 🙂 So thank you so much again for all your help, which has helped me give my family  a great experience and lovely memories. My parents arrive on Thursday so I’m sure I will be in touch with you again soon to try organise some short trips out of Hanoi for them in November.

Apologies for the hugely belated response regarding the Mr Thanh driver who picked us up from Cuc Phuong (see below email).  Wow, he was really great and so well informed about the wildlife, particularly the birds at Cuc Phuong.  I actually think that he is wasted as a driver at this time as he is so well informed and would make a wonderful guide and his English was great.

I hope business is good – I have recommended you to colleagues when looking to travel in Vietnam so hopefully you will get some more Animals Asia business!

Bien rentres hier en France, nous avons atteri a 6h30 du matin a Paris, l’heure a laquelle tu cherchais ton nouveau groupe a l’aeroport.

Nous te faisons un petit coucou et un clin d’oeil depuis la France, où ce jour il pleut.
Nous pensons que tu vas bien depuis le 13 novembre 2016 que nous t’avons quittés et que tu nous as raccompagnés à l’aéroport.

Nous avons fait donc cette dernière partie de circuit avec toi, c’était génial, tu es un grand professionnel, nous gardons et garderons de très bons et beaux souvenirs passés en ta compagnie.

Nous parlons souvent de toi avec d’autres amis qui étaient avec nous, nous regardons souvent les photos, plus particulièrement celles où Rémi et notre ami Bouddha Beer te porte sur le bateau à la baie d’Halong.

Nous avions donné ton adresse mail et tes coordonnées à un ami qui est parti au Vietnam le 31 décembre pour un mois voir son fils qui est à Hanoï pour 8 mois.

Nous pensons qu’il a pu te joindre, car nous ne n’avons pas encore revu, pour qu’il nous dise si il avait pu te contacter.

Nous espérons y retourner une prochaine fois dans ce beau pays qu’est le Vietnam, on a adoré, on te ferait signe, afin peut être de voyager à nouveau avec toi, mais plus en découverte personnelle.

Est ce que bébé va bien, et la petite famille ?

Nous te quittons, te disons bonne continuation.
