05:00 pm – Pick-up at your hotel by your local guide to start the visits.
Your guide will give you an insight into the traditions of Vietnamese food culture before you start walking through the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
First, visit the colorful local markets where we meet stall holders and talk about their food. Then continue along both high streets and back streets exploring many corners in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. You will taste local food with various meat, vegetable and drink local beverages, while chatting with street vendors.
Finally, the local guide will then take you to one of Hanoi’s best café serving “egg coffee”, a scrumptious local delicacy that we will sample whilst admiring bustle of the city center.
